Find your way around WordHero v2

Find the writing workspace, saved content, reusable context, and account controls.

Before you start

Sign in to WordHero v2. These instructions describe v2; the older WordHero interface has separate guides.

Choose a workspace

  1. Open Quick Create for individual writing tools and recent generations.
  2. Open Canvases to collect and edit saved results.
  3. Open Chat for a conversation about your writing.
  4. Open Articles for planned long-form articles, or Keywords to research topics for a project.
  5. Open Art to create images.

Under Setup, use Projects for reusable business context, Brand voices for writing guidance, and Templates for your custom tools.

Find account controls

Open your name at the bottom of the sidebar to access Credits, Billing, Account, and Team. Use Log out when you need to change accounts.

The sidebar also offers Link to version 1, which opens the older application separately.

If content appears missing

Check whether it was created in v1 or v2 and confirm the signed-in email. Quick Create results and saved canvases are different views; use Recent for a generation you did not save to a canvas.
